The salesman was running a little behind for our appointment, but instead of leaving us wondering like so many do, he called to say he would be a few minutes late, and he arrived whin 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment. What we really appreciated was that they didn't come in with a high bid and then offer us a discount if we signed a contract that day like others have done. Their quote was fair and reasonable, especially for 6-inch gutters. The installation crew consisting of Justin, Austin, and Drew, were just as prompt and professional. Our instalation took two days and they called each day to let us know they were on their way. They worked hard and took pride in their work which is getting more difficult to find these days. There was one place where the framing and roof line of the house created an issue. Instead of making a decision to just get it close or good enough, Drew invited me outside to show me the issue and together we made a decision where function and aesthetics could coexist. When they finished the install they cleaned up after themselves and the only thing they left behind were functional gutters that our house had been missing for 16 years.
